Mr. Cooper has spent his career in the manufacturing environment holding positions in engineering, engineering management, General Manager, Vice President and President of various manufacturing companies in the fields of Automotive Tier 1 Supplier, Distribution Transformer Manufacturer, Electrical Connector Manufacturer, Temperature Control Devices and Metal Stampings.
Since 1997 he has owned and managed his Management Support Company offering his expertise and experience to clients in areas of Manufacturing Management, Marketing / Sales, Project Management, Operations and Corporate Development.
Mr. Cooper’s clients and assignments have included providing a turn-a-round of a $150 million dollar Systems Integrator Company, building and start-up of a manufacturing expansion plant for a $100 million dollar manufacturing company in the wire drawing industry. He has also provided acquisition analysis and recommendations to clients needing growth and more value added operations to strengthen their organizations.
Mr. Cooper has a wealth of knowledge and experience in managing and organizing companies with his strong emphasis on lean and profitable operations.
